Zack got his real estate career started at very young age. As a kid if he wasn’t in school for the day he could usually be found working, or more so playing on his dad’s job sites, a former custom home builder. Real estate has always been a big part of his life growing up a Marble Falls native. After graduating high school, he began his college journey at Texas Tech University, but after his sophomore year decided to taking a leap of faith. Putting his studies on hold to dive into the world of commercial real estate for a year. This hands-on experience fueled his determination to succeed. Eventually returning to his studies at Concordia University Texas in Austin, where he earned his degree in 2017.
Since then, Zack’s journey has been nothing short of inspiring. Taking no time in continuing to gain new experiences and expand his knowledge. He poured his energy over the next few years into learning as much as he could about the different processes and procedures it takes to complete various projects. Working on deals such as land investment, commercial development, and construction. One of which was building his home in 2019 acting as his own general contractor, a testament to his dedication and hands-on approach.
But beyond the projects and investments, Zack’s genuine desire lies in helping others navigate the complexities of real estate. With a deep-rooted connection to his hometown and a sincere passion for empowering people to plan for their futures, Zack is poised to make a lasting impact in the real estate industry.
